About Us

Who We Are

Our Founder, Ryan Boxill, PhD MBA is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in New York and Massachusetts. He graduated from St. John’s University at the age of 19. Dr. Boxill completed his Harvard Medical School Postdoctoral Fellowship training at McLean Hospital and has held dual clinical appointments at McLean Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) with a faculty appointment at Harvard Medical School. He has also held roles as both a provider and a healthcare executive. 

Bayland Global LLC  was formed to make good on the promise to improve the human condition through  the delivery of innovative, sustainable, ethical, high quality, culturally competent healthcare and solutions to consumers across the globe.
